Doubts when renting a luxury car

You will receive a confirmation message when making the payment and your booking will be confirmed at that time. Our staff will also contact you 24 hours before pickup to finalize the details.
To be able to rent any of our vehicles, the main or additional driver must have held their driving license for a minimum of 2 years, and be over 25 years of age. For some models the minimum age is 27. Some selected models may be rented by younger drivers than 25 years, with a daily surcharge ranging from 40€ to 400€.
In order to rent any of our cars, it is necessary to leave a deposit which varies depending on the model. The amount is specified in the file of each vehicle, and is not modifiable under any circumstances. The deposit is blocked in one or more credit cards at the time of collection of the car, and is unblocked upon its return. It is important to mention that at no time will your card be charged. Only in the event that the duration of the rental exceeds 12 days will we charge the credit card, and the amount will be returned when the car is returned.
When renting a car, it is very important to keep this section in mind. This is because, in the event that you do not have an insurance policy according to the service for which the car is intended, you will be responsible for it. All our vehicles are insured as stipulated by the current law and include a comprehensive insurance with an excess, which varies depending on the model. The amount of the excess is specified in the file of each vehicle and is reflected in the rental contract.

Yes, as long as the vehicle is available and by specific request via email, no later than 48 hours prior to pickup.
Once our staff sends you the estimate of the requested service there are no additional charges, as may happen with some companies (e.g. additional drivers, GPS navigation, child seats, etc.). The only additional charge that could be applied would be the refueling charge, provided that the car is not delivered in the same condition as at collection. We always operate a full at pickup, full on return policy. In the event that the car is returned without a full tank, the deposit will not be returned until the car is refuelled.
